Why do girls scream a lot? When I refer to girls, I mean little girls of 4 years of age! A quirk of fate and I was driving a car with two overzealous girls of the above age in the backseat! As soon as they car hit the road, the girls kicked off a scream fest! They took a break from their screaming exercise to wave at the motorists; mainly cool dudes on motorbikes. Then they started jumping up and down the car. As a result, the car was shaking! I was worried about the cops stopping me!
Why do (little) girls scream a lot? I have never had a chance of driving around a band of boys of this age before. Are boys different from girls? Does the boys end up doing different things which tests the patience of parents?
I don't know, never had to drive around 4 year old boys, but yes little girls can really scream. Isn't it fun?
ReplyDelete4 year olds? I think at that age, boys would be noisy too. Maybe even more!
ReplyDeleteha! I agree with you.:)
ReplyDeleteIs it a one-off experience? I guess they were plain excited :)
ReplyDeletein my case, I have heard girls giggle uncontrollably in their car seats, choke and have tears running down their cheeks, but have not seen or heard them really scream or misbehave. But boys oh my ! Oh my ! they are a riot in my car, they start with whose mom drives faster and then they compel me to step on it! and then they create a racket which makes me want to just forget driving and spank them blue and black!
ReplyDeleteMaybe because men are such bad drivers:)
ReplyDeletehehehehe.. 4 yr old kids will in general scream and will be overzealous :D
ReplyDelete@Aparna - They scream so much! It was fun initially. Now, it gets on to me sometimes. :(
ReplyDelete@Radha - I have a daughter and a niece. No way to find out. :(
@ZB - Yes, you have a daughter too. :D
@Neena - No, this is not a one-off experience. The girls get excited everytime they are together and then the scream fest kicks off!
@Sujata - These girls don't giggle! :)With boys, it is challenging too. hmmmm.
@TheNRI - Thank you for dropping by.
He He! May be that is true.
@Vineeta - Yes! And I have to live with it. :)
so many femmes lined up to comment on the subject Nona... :D
ReplyDeleteGuess little boys are no different, only that the vocals chords (females tend to hv a higher pitch) makes all the difference
ReplyDeletewith boys you get remarks that make your ears burn and your eyes fill up...they at 4 better drivers than you are a 35!
